Hello I am an Entomology Ph.D. student in need of some assistance locating a pest of interest.
I am looking for sites infested with Giant Whitefly (Aleurodicus dugesii) particularly on Hibiscus. I am also interested in gathering new host plants reports if you have them. GWF attacks more than 200 species of plants.
GWF is easily noticeable due to the long waxy flocculance the nymphs produce giving plants a bearded appearance.

I am in need of infestation sites to look at seasonal phenology in coastal vs. inland areas. Any leads would be greatly appreciated as locating this pest is a wild goose chase otherwise.
Thanks!
