It's maybe 1 mm or less. I have them in my pots where I have plants. They dont like light. When i dig them out they move immediately back under soil.
They could be predators? I had before springtails there and they are gone now.
Could they be Phytoseiulus persimilis or Neoseiulus californicus
or something else? Please help :)

These indeed might be predatory mites, but I am not qualified to identify them, They certainly do not look like the very common oribatid mites that are scavengers - see http://www.fcps.edu/islandcreekes/ecology/soil_mite.htm for some examples.

Thank you, I guess you are right. They also move pretty fast on their size, so this is sing of preadators too :)
