Small gnats/flies all over walls in house...can anyone ID?

This is a tiny moth, but I cannot see enough detail to hazard an identification. The only small moths to be of concern in a house are clothes moths - see http://cdn2.sportngin.com/attachments/photo/1814/0681/clothes_moth2.jpg for an example - or possibly one of the minor pests of dry stored food products. You might inspect any woolen/silk clothing that has been in long-term storage as well as any grain-derived dry food products in your food storage areas just to be cautious.
