Have found a handful of these little guys in the bathroom over the past few days. Look like something we used to call Pincher Bugs growing up. If so, any advice on how to control/rid them?
Thanks in advance.
CLOSED: Possible Earwig?
Looks like an earwig to me. (We also called them pincher bugs.)
Earwigs for the most part are harmless scavengers on decomposing organic matter or predators on other insects, but some can cause damage to very tender plants (such as seedlings), flowers, and soft fruits. See http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/PESTNOTES/pn74102.html for some control measures.
