I found this bug in our backyard last fall. I had a 4- H insect collection/ exhibit in our county and state fairs 45 yrs ago. I guess I haven't retained as much as I would've liked.

Having said all that, I have been able to track down your beetle, which is one of the Longicorn Beetles of the family Cerambycidae.
