This was found at one of my rental houses. Hoping its not a cockroach.

Not a cockroach, but a leaf-footed bug, though I cannot tell you which species. Not a cause for alarm or exterminator. Someone else will probably post more details, but check this out in the meantime. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coreidae
