Buying 'bugs'…any vendor recommendations?

I try to keep my chemical usage to a minimum but have noticed an increase in whitefly and some tent caterpillars starting. Has anyone tried introducing some biological methods of pest control and would recommend a good vendor? I am still researching my best 'bugs' to buy but would like to purchase, praying mantis, lacewings and ladybugs. I have had wonderful results raising Mason Bees so am a bit leery of introducing any parasitic wasps but much research is still needed. Any 'bug' buyers out there who would recommend their source?
