I'll give it a look, and copy opinions here.
Looks like Holm Oak Quercus ilex to me - cultivated, from southern Europe.

Holm Oak has characteristic silvery twigs, but the acorns/caps don't look as good a match. I don't have tremendous familiarity with that species, however.
OK, not Holm Oak, leaf shape not quite right ;-)
