Hello everyone,

I was wondering if this was a bedbug or something else?

I have found one and seen another in my bedroom , but I have also seen a couple in my kitchen I believe!

Not a bed bug, but a female odd beetle (family Dermestidae)

It does look very similar! However in my case it was not hairy. Do odd beetles exist without hair?

The hairs are quite small,and only show up well under the proper lighting. Also, it is not at all unusual for insects such as this to lose hairs during their lifetime...
