Hello
I found this spider on the floor of my house near my dining room table around 8pm on 11/19/2014. I noticed the spider after my dog made a gagging/throwing up noise and I went to check on him and saw it on the floor near where he was.

Note: the indentation on the abdomen is from a pair of needles as I was trying to hold the spider to get a better eye count. I am having an issue getting a definitive count on the eyes, in some lights in looks like 8 and in others in looks like fewer.
