I'm wondering what type of spider this is. He's fairly small but his spider fangs are fairly large in proportion to his body. His fangs seem to also start off to be white (zoom in to see, the pipes similar color to it), then fade to a darker color (dark brown/close to black).

Looks like a male cobweb spider in the genus Steatoda -
