What type of pitcher plant is this?

Singapore, Singapore

I bought this last week and they're around 20cm tall. Need help as to how to best care for them...
(1) Water daily/sparingly/twice a week?
(2) Sunlight/shade?
(3) Outdoor/indoor?

Thanks!

Well, at least you gave it a go. They're interesting plants.

C-ville, love this week's avatar.

Ginger, I don't think you can overwater Sarracenia. The best way to grow them is in a potting medium of half perlite and half milled peat (not fortified). Put the pot in a saucer of water so the water level is higher than half of the pot height. Don't fertilize - they take care of that by themselves (photosynthesizing and eating bugs for fertilizer).

They require full sun but do need a dormancy period. They should still be kept in water but temps should drop below 50 degrees F.
