I have an Italian Cypress tree that is dying. (see pics)
What should be done?
Is there any chemicals or DIY solution I can spray?
Please advise.

Does it appear that the tree might have bagworms? I can't tell from the photos.
There aint nothing going to revive that guy....it's dead. You might consider taking a branch to your local nursery though to see if they can find any pests on it. This will be important if you replace it with the exact same thing.
Yes, that one is dead. I was thinking that there might be others. Hoping there ain't. ;-/
