I found this caterpillar on my back deck and was wondering if anyone knew what kind it is and what it turns into? It was so vibrant and hard to miss, and I have never seen one like this before that it made me really curious as to what it was. Thank you!

This is Melanchra picta, a noctuid caterpillar known as a zebra arches -
