What insect is this?
Looks like a Crane Fly, but someone else will have to give a more detailed ID.
Edited to add: I assumed viewers could tell it was a mating pair of insects.

A mating pair of crane flies. They might be in the genus Tipula - see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/137410533 for an example. This is an extremely large family, and only a few species are so distinctive as to make a specific i.d. possible from an image alone...
