How soon after dethatching and power seeding can power seeding be done again? And thanks

I have heard of the goalie area on a soccer field being lightly reseeded daily to weekly year round with sucessful results. So as soon as you like, I guess.
Ideal conditions depend on the type of seed (cool season or warm season), and when its preferred temps occur in your area.

By power-seeding did you mean hydro-seeding? Or did you mean aereation? Or sprigging?
