Who lived in these cells?

Here's a change of pace, cute, too.

Found this on a Tomato leave, put it in a jar, nothing happened. I suspected
that whatever had been in there had already hatched, but I was curious about
what that stuff is left over.

What's that stuff in the bottom of each cell?

These appear to be hatched eggs of the brown marmorated stink bug. The brownish triangular structure that is seen in many of them is known as an 'egg breaker'...
