so every now and then I find these bugs hanging on the wall or the curtains, they got wings which they open up when they are backwards, but they are not able to fly. They also seem to dislike heat very much, it gets them crazy.
I hope the pics quality is good enough. They are very little (not much bigger than ants)

If at all possible try taking pictures of these when they are not obscured by glass or plastic. If they are too mobile for that, place them in a refrigerator for an hour or so first. The only beetles that look like these that would be of any concern are carpet beetles.
Here are a few more pics, I don't have any carpets, could they still be carpet beetles? I hope they aren't bedbugs I hate those little blood suckers.
Images still too blurry for a positive i.d. but at least they definitely are small beetles and not bed bugs. There are several species that can have their general color pattern, including sap beetles (family Nitidulidae) - see http://th04.deviantart.net/fs22/200H/f/2008/021/8/8/Nitidulidae_by_JacquelineRae.jpg for an example.
Sorry, my phone's camera is not very good. It looks a lot like that Nitidulidae, it has the same color pattern on his back, maybe brown instead of black, but it looks very similar, also their head is a little smaller.
