Droppings stuck to wall

Hi all,

This morning, I noticed what appear to be long droppings stuck to an exterior wall. I have no idea what would leave these. Any thoughts?

while waiting for response, maybe go out tonight after dark and check for insects, or anything else, visiting. I have no idea.
