spider id in virginia??

Hi, can anyone tell me what this is outside my window? Its web fills the half moon window, and its just above a holly bush. Body is about the size of a chick pea (garbanzo) if its legs were extended, just about silver dollar I'm thinking. Thank you!

Looks like a Neoscona sp. to me; perhaps Neoscona crucifer - see
