Hi :) I was wondering if the dahlia seeds are viable or not for this plant - I can't find anything in the plant files for this particular cultivar and it's giving out a lot of seed :)
If they aren't, can I overwinter the tuber in my garage (for zone 7)

I would definitely over winter the tuber in the garage. Let me know if you've never done that before and I can explain how. As for the seeds, I can't answer your question but you could always save a bunch and try to grow them next year.
