We have very recently moved to Georgia. I have an extensive woodland area around my house as well as a lake, however I found two of these big guys at the bottom of our pool. Any one have an idea as to what he/she might be? Many thanks!

This is a fishing spider in the genus Dolomedes, likely a rather faded example of D. tenebrosus (dark fishing spider - see https://www.flickr.com/photos/71701055@N00/8114475771/).
