Does anyone know what this little bug is called? Found three of these small ones in my apartment and don't really know if I should be worried.

Thanks greenthumb! I read the description you posted and it seems it may have been the Firebrats cousin "silverfish" I suspect it may have been attracted to all the old books I have in my apartment (eating them - not reading ;)
