I have three Polemonium "touch of class" plants grouped together in zone 7b. They get morning sun and afternoon shade. They have amended clay soil, regular watering, and good drainage. However, at the end of their 2nd year, they are barely alive. They have never bloomed and are only 5-6 inches in height. Would anyone have any advice on how to help them?
