CLOSED: Strange caterpillars on our grapevine???

Hello, we recently discovered a load of these caterpillars on our grape leaves. I'm not too sure what they are, and if they're pests or not.
Any help would be appreciated!

These appear to be Western grape leaf skeletonizer caterpillars (Harrisina metallica) -
