Can you help me identify this bug and tell me the cause of why this bug will grow on the wall??

Looks like a type of psocid often called booklice. As they feed primarily on mold spores and the like, lowering indoor humidity levels will help discourage them...

I concur with flapdoodle, we find a lot of these in our flat. I like to refer to them as 'baby ant things' lol.
