A month ago I heard a Cicada near our home in Clark County, Washington State for the first time ever. What I heard seemed to match this recording exactly:

Today, my wife discovered this one in a bouquet of flowers that were picked two days ago, so I snapped these photos.
Is it an Okanagana rimosa (or "Say's Cicada") after all?
