Pretty sure this is a Crane Fly, but would like to know which one, Thanks

It is indeed a crane fly (family Tipulidae), but this is a huge family comprising several thousand species, of which only a few are distinctive enough to be confident of identifying from an image alone. You can see a small sampling at http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/63685254
