Black walnut tree and Katsura tree

Does anyone know if a weeping Katsura tree will survive near a black Walnut? I have to move one for my new greenhouse and the only place is near a GIANT black walnut. It's outside the drip line by quite a bit but I have no idea if the Katsura is unduly sensitive or not. Some moderately sensitive plants are in the area I want to put it but hate to kill the poor thing off.
