I'm pretty sure this is a Flower Fly, likely in the genus Eristalis. Can someone verify and give a more specific ID? Thanks.

This is a flower/hover fly in the family Syrphidae, and although it does resemble Eristalis transversa - see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/55592447 - there are many other species that can have a roughly similar color pattern...
