These are on my Dogwood tree. Want to find out if they are harmful are not.
Thanks so much! They group up on a few leaves here and there.

These look like nymphs of the brown marmorated stink bug, a destructive introduced species - http://horticulture.oregonstate.edu/group/brown-marmorated-stink-bug-oregon
