This caterpillar is defoliating my Amorpha canesens (Lead Plant). Any guesses?

Since it has a definite head & neck, I would say it is some sort of skipper caterpillar, but I don't which one. I planted my lead-plant as butterfly host plant - woody legumes are supposed to attract butterflies in the Sulphur family.

I gather it turns into a nondescript moth. Too bad, and too bad it is one that aggregates and defoliates.
