A rather small wasp having an identity crisis.
CLOSED: Yet another wasp
Not a wasp, but a bee in the family Halictidae (sweat bees) - might be a Lasioglossum sp.

Looks like a treehopper in the family Membracidae - all are sap feeders, but seldom cause serious damage. But next time, PLEASE start a new thread rather than hijacking one already closed!
Thank you flapdoodle... I dont kwon why happen this mixing threads issue, but is my mistake for sure, I will open a new thread just in case someone else know exactlly what insect it is.
