CLOSED: Potter wasp Eumenes fraternus?

I have tentatively ID'd this as a Potter wasp - Eumenes fraternus, but would like verification if anyone can provide it. Thanks.

From what I can see of its markings, that seems likely. However, there are several other species in this subfamily that can have a somewhat similar appearance...
