I grew it but I don't know what type of squash it is. Can someone please tell me. Thanks.
Type of squash
Pattypan squash. Yum!
Thanks "mom lady". I looked up ways to prepare it and find that there are several. Do you have a favorite way of preparing them?
Hmm, grilled or sauteed with some garlic, maybe a little breading and maybe not, or maybe in a fritatta...nothing fancy...or cubed and put into a vegetable or minestrone soup...I'm getting hungry...
Thanks again 'mom lady'; gramps, and as of 7 months ago a great gramps, said that. Sounds like eating at your house is fun.

Earle, you are very welcome. I hope you enjoy your squashes...and...how wonderful to have grandchildren and a great grandchild! You are a lucky man!
