This shrub was only at the western side of the farmland I was on, closer to a river. I thought the leaves looked interesting so I'm wondering what it is.
Thanks!
Farm Edge Invasive?
Probably Parthenocissus vitacea
Resin
Not an invasive! That is a minor victory for me and disturbed farmland habitats of the NE.
Thanks Resin. :)
I think it is more likely Parthenocissus quinquefolia - but both species are rather widely distributed in North America.
