I live in Massachusetts near Brockton. I was helping my mom paint our deck when I spotted this spider. I have never seen anything like it. I was wondering what type of spider it is. (Sorry about the pic being sideways)

Might be a nursery web spider (Pisaurina sp.) with her egg sac...
