Could this be a Chilean Recluse?
Possibly a Swamp Spider. They like moist areas and come out at night when it rains alot.
Not sure. But swamp spiders have long legs and love the humid season.
Are the outside conditions where you are been wet, rainy or humid lately? If so, swamp type spiders like to come out at night and roam around inside and outside of houses.
They say, that, only the male swamp spider roams around at evening or night hours, after a rain or if it's been humid out, looking for a girlfriend.
Does not appear to be a recluse spider of any kind. Would be very helpful if its eye pattern could be seen clearly. I am unaware of any spider whose accepted common name is 'swamp spider'...
I don't know much. But it looks more like the Chilean Recluse than the 'swamp spider'.
Edit: Could it be a 'metaltella simoni'?

It does not look at all like Metaltella simoni, and the Chilean recluse, like other spiders in that genus (Loxosceles) has a unicolorous abdomen, not striped as in these images. And again, "Swamp spider" is not an accepted common name; I have no idea as to which species you may have in mind...
I was just giving my unappreciated opinion ._.
'Swamp Spider' comes from the type of spiders that love being near water and coming out in humid moist weather. They come out and roam-around during the rainy and humid season.
Thank you for being so gentle with my comments. Take care!
