Please help me!! This tiny pest is so annoying! They fly up your nose, in your ears and you can barely see them!
What are they, where did they come from and how do I get rid of them????
I've tried apple vinagar and dish soap, nothing! Fly strips have caught some but they seem to be every where! They are making me crazy!!
Unfortunately, your image will not enlarge, so I cannot tell for certain whether it might be a carpet beetle or a lady beetle. If they are indoors, especially at windows, they more likely would be carpet beetles...
I tried to get better pics! I noticed there are baby-like ones flying around my house plants; so plants went outside! Hope this sacrifice helps! Could they be "fruit flys" or "white flys"? I'm about ready to take my cat for a car ride and just totally "fog" my place! These bugs are so annoying! They don't bite!
I strongly suspect that the critters flying around your plants may be different from what you first posted (later pictures are too blurry even to tell if they are insects, let alone what kind). Before resorting to chemical warfare, I suggest that you try to get a positive i.d. first - see http://cals.arizona.edu/ento/insectid.htm
It's never a good idea to apply control measures until you know exactly what you are dealing with...
