I bought some Black Adder Hyssop & I was wanting to plant it either behind or in front of my Foxgloves. I don't know which will grow taller since these are plants I haven't had experience with before. Would appreciate any info. Thanks!
Planting Black Adder Hysop & Foxglove
Mine is in full sun and has grown to about 4' tall this year. Now it's between very tall things so perhaps it has grown taller due to competition but I am amazed at how tall it is. It has a strong stem too. Even if you don't cut your foxglove stalk off after bloom, I'd still probably plant them behind. The hyssop might not get that tall this year but next year it should take off.
