CLOSED: Mystery bugs on my balcony

I've been seeing these bugs all over my balcony. They're 3-5mm (0.1 to 0.2 inches) long. I'm on the top floor apartment right below a roof with a horrible pigeon problem. Any clue what this bug is? Do I need to worry? Could these be related to the pigeon problem? Thanks in advance for your help!
