Grape Leaf Bug?

I have discovered this grape leaf with these funny little nodules on it. I picked the leaf off, popped open one of the nodules and it looks like an orange worm inside. Any ideas what this is? I went over the entire grapevine and only found one leaf with these nodules. Is this just a one bug egg laying event?
