Seller didn't deliver my daylily

Des Moines, IA(Zone 5a)

I bought a daylily from a well known seller ( One that is hard to get ). He said he sent it and told me that the post office said my address was no good and he got it back after it dried out and he replanted it, Now after weeks he said it rotted & he would try to buy me one from the hybridizer, After a few weeks I told him to send my money back and he told me he would send my check right out, After a week I ask if it was comming by horse back but I got no answer.

I should post it on Dave's garden in the daylily section because I have never had such bad luck with a grower, I have spent over $12.000 on the lily auction. He has had a ad in the Daylily journal for several years. What else can I do ??

Bushland, TX(Zone 6a)

I would post his e-mail saying he would get a check to you right away.
If he wants to hurt his business over $12,that is his decision.
I'm tired of people ripping other people off,and nobody letting other people know, and then they get ripped off, when it could have been avoided. If he has a good excuse,he should tell you,and things can made right, but not saying anything is worse.I stand behind you.
