Found this little guy dead this morning. He seems like a spider having what appears to be 8 legs, but the back 2 legs (or, where I assume is the back) seem to come out of his back end, which is a bit wierd. He is 4-5mm long including the legs, and when I tried to pick him up for a closer look, his legs seemed to 'stick' to me. Just curious as to what he is?
I'm in the UK, north west. Never seen anything like it before.
CLOSED: Small white spider? UK
Not a spider - looks more like a small insect, such as an aphid (plant louse) that was killed by a fungal infection...
That makes sense, since I couldn't find anything that looked like it!
Okay the tree across from the house has a lot of new spiders in it. Today I went to check on them and found there was one of these white bugs in almost every web. Dont know if that helps with identifying?
Can you get a picture of one of them??
I will try in the morning, but they pretty much look the same as in the first picture.
EDIT: I'm afraid I just couldnt get a good picture because of the location of the tree, but as I said, they looked just like the one in the first picture, same size, same colour.

Definitely either an aphid - or the shed 'skin' of one...
Okay! Thanks :D
