This landed on one of the girls I work with. We were too afraid to let it go to take a picture of the whole thing. We're just hoping they don't bite because we keep running away from them. Lol
CLOSED: Flying bug
This is a stonefly (order Plecoptera). It looks like one of the giant stoneflies in the family Pteronarcyidae - http://www.eduwebs.org/bugs/giant_stoneflies.htm
They cannot bite and are completely harmless.
Oh weird, I work no where near water and saw at least a dozen of them last week. I am glad they don't bite but will probably still run from them. Haha
