What are these bugs?

Every year around May and June we get swarms of these around our house. They cover the siding of the house and anything we have outdoors. They are small, slender, winged insects, and very quick when moving around.

These are stoneflies (order Plecoptera); possibly in the family Leuctridae - see http://www.discoverlife.org/IM/I_MWS/0498/320/Leuctra,I_MWS49821.jpg for an example. Their immature stages are aquatic.
