Spider identification please
Hard to tell but this looks like one of the Jumping Spiders. They're interesting and fun to watch. Not dangerous but can give a painful bite. I've never been bitten and I handle them regularly and gently for relocation.
It is a jumping spider; might be Phidippus audax; have seen these in mailboxes myself...
Do you guys know what would be the best thing to feed? I have fruit flies. And I'm sure it's too small for crickets. 😩😩 also what about enclosure wise. Any setup ideas that would beat suite this beatify up creature?? 😍😍
They will feed on just about anything that they can overpower (including other spiders). You might find this discussion helpful - http://www.arachnoboards.com/ab/archive/index.php/t-2663.html
