This is a brown/grey moth that is a bit on the small side. It has a blotchy/spotty pattern on its back and it's hairy. Sorry about the bad picture
Any clue what type of moth this is?
This appears to be an owlet moth (family Noctuidae), but there also are some prominents (family Notodontidae) that can be quite similar in appearance...
