Hey guys,
Found this little guy right on my porch. Not gonna lie me and my buddy were under the influence of marijuana and we couldn't figure out what it was. Please help :) ✌️

This appears to be Ceroxys latiusculus, a picture-winged fly in the family Ulidiidae (formerly placed in Otittidae) -
