CLOSED: Red Eyed Bugs in KY

Oak Park, IN

These bugs are huddled in mass on a tree limb. Only about the size of a pinky nail. There are some that are mostly white (maybe newly hatched??) and some that are black. They have red eyes...aren't spooked when you shake the branch. There are some black ants around here and there that don't see to bother them.
